People often use abbreviations on chat and WhatsApp. Although, they are not proper English words, people often use them as it makes typing faster. Here are the full forms of these common abbreviations
WhatsApp এ বা Chat এ কথা বলার সময় লোক প্রাই সংক্ষিপ্ত শব্দের(abbreviations) ব্যবহার করেন. এটা সাধারণত ইংরেজি শব্দ হয় না, কিন্তু লোকজন মানুষ তাদের ব্যবহার দ্রুত লিখতে করে.
কয়েকটি সংক্ষিপ্ত শব্দ এবং তাদের অর্থ:
1. LOL: Laugh Out Loud = জোরে হাসা
2. BRB: Be right back = আমি এখনি ফিরে আসছি
3. TTYL: Talk to you later = পরে কথা বলছি
4. BTW: by the way = তবে; Example: By the way, you were looking good today! (তবে, আজকে তুমি ভালো লাগছিলে)
5. BFF: Best friend(s) forever = সবচেয়ে ভালো বন্ধু চিরদিনের জন্য; Example: She is my BFF. (তিনি আমার চিরকালের জন্য একটি ভালো বন্ধু)
6. DM: Direct Message = সোজা ম্যেসেজ করা; Example: If you have something important, just DM me. Don't message anything publically. (যদি আপনার কোনো জরুরি কাজ থাকে তাহলে আমাকে সোজা ম্যেসেজ করবেন , সবার সামনে লিখবেন না)
7. IDK: I don't know = আমি জানি না
8. IMHO: in my humble opinion = আমার চোখে
9. ROFL: rolling on the floor laughing = পেট ধরে হাসা (এতো হাসা যে আপনি হেসে হেসে নিচে পরে যাবেন)
10. w/o: without = ছাড়া; Example: I will be going to the mall w/o my friend. (আমি আমার বন্ধুর ছাড়া মলে যাব)
11. XO: hugs and kisses = আলিঙ্গন এবং চুম্বন; Example: I will see you later, XO! = আমি তোমার সাথে পরে দেখা করছি, আলিঙ্গন এবং চুম্বন!
